Analysis of existing sales materials and creation of new and more effective pitch decks, leave-behinds, and follow up materials that accelerate sales cycles.
2-8 weeks, depending on existing materials.
Final output depends on need but can include: pitch decks, technical decks, one-pager, battle cards, and videos
This service identifies your biggest needs and develops collateral such as sales decks, one-pagers, battle cards, helpful illustrations of technical information, and videos. All depending on the gaps in your content and the hurdles you face. The focus is on speed and impact with quick iterations on existing materials and creation of new and better ways of landing important points. I will work closely with sales, marketing, and design to level up existing materials and propose ways to fill gaps in your collateral portfolio.

The length of this project depends on the number and types of pieces and the availability of the team. One-pagers are quicker to turn around whereas pitch decks and videos tend to take a little longer.

Week 1-2 : Identify needs and prioritize deliverables
Week 3-4: Production of collateral and review.

Deliverables depend on initial scope, below are examples of deliverables.One-pagerCompetitor battle cardPitch deckTechnical deckCompany overviewVideo pitch or story

Pricing is project-based and depends on final scope. Discounts are available for minority-owned and women-owned businesses; by purchasing multiple services; and by referring new clients.

Tip: This service can be useful for urgent needs, however, to get the most out of the service, pair it with the Market Validation and Positioning Story services.
